Villa 2303
Las Ventanas 2303 is a two bedroom – two bath villa. Far-reaching views of the pool, golf course and beach from three directions give this third-floor retreat immense appeal. Offering a king-size canopy bed, the master bedroom takes full advantage of the vistas with picture windows that flood the room with light. The second bedroom possesses a traditional Mexican aesthetic and features two full-size beds. A rustic, yet refined sensibility permeates the sunken living room, with its batik furnishings and thatch-and-beam ceiling, while a dining area and bar provide spaces for entertaining next to an open kitchen. The 2,200-sq.-ft. residence is conveniently located a short stroll from the spa and gym. Your villa includes access to full resort amenities and dedicated butler service. When booked through the resort the standard rate for this villa is $2,783 per night during peak season.
INSTRUCTIONS
Email Brandon Hall at bhall@missionriver.com with the dates you would like to stay in 2303, if available your dates will be reserved for you at Las Ventanas and a confirmation number will be given to you along with an invoice for the rental from Scissortail Stables, Inc. (villa owner). Upon your arrival at Las Ventanas you will provide your credit card for incidentals during your stay (non-lodging). At departure the resort will bill your card a one-time cleaning charge.

VILLA BUTLERS
The villa comes with outstanding butler service. The butlers can be used to make dinner reservations either on or off resort, make activity reservations on or off resort and simply help you with just about anything you may need from helping you order groceries, taxis, money exchange, you name it and they will likely be able to take care of it.
